Orders are generally processed within 20-25 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

2. Made-to-Order and Limited Production Products

Products offered by the Scale Models Division may be manufactured on demand, produced in limited batches, or assembled after order confirmation.

For such products:

  • Additional production time may be required.
  • Estimated manufacturing timelines may be communicated separately.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines.

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India and may offer international shipping for selected products and destinations.

Shipping availability may vary depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Customs regulations
  • Carrier restrictions
  • Product dimensions and weight

Customers are responsible for ensuring that importation of purchased products is permitted in their jurisdiction.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors including:

  • Shipping method selected

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout prior to payment.

5. Delivery Timeframes

The choice of shipping carrier shall remain at the sole discretion of XDROID PROTOTYPING TECHNOLOGIES LLP.

7. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch. 

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the tracking information provided.

8. Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

The Company shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping charges, or losses resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Incorrect contact information
  • Customer unavailability during delivery attempts

Additional charges incurred due to address corrections or re-delivery may be borne by the customer.

9. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Customs inspections
  • Government restrictions
  • Labor disputes
  • Courier operational delays

XDROID PROTOTYPING TECHNOLOGIES LLP shall not be liable for delays arising from such circumstances.

10. Damaged Shipments

Customers are advised to inspect packages immediately upon delivery.

If a shipment appears damaged:

  • Photographs of the package and product should be taken immediately.
  • The issue should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The order number and supporting evidence should be provided when contacting us.

Claims submitted after the reporting period may not be eligible for review.

11. Lost Shipments

In the event that a shipment is reported as lost in transit:

  • The Company will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the matter.
  • Resolution timelines may depend on the courier's investigation process.
  • Replacement, refund, or alternative resolution may be provided at the Company's discretion following completion of the investigation.

12. International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage charges, and other government-imposed charges.
  • Such charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly stated.
  • Customs processing times may affect delivery schedules.

XDROID PROTOTYPING TECHNOLOGIES LLP is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or import regulations.

13. Transfer of Risk

Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.

14. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be responsible for shipping delays, failures, or interruptions resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of nature, war, civil unrest, pandemics, government actions, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.
