At XDROID PROTOTYPING TECHNOLOGIES LLP – Scale Models Division, we are committed to delivering premium collectible Indian missile models and display products of the highest quality. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned.

1. General Policy

Due to the specialized, collectible, and often limited-production nature of our products, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances outlined in this policy.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and images before placing an order.

2. Eligible Returns

A return request may be considered in the following situations:

  • The customer receives an incorrect product.
  • The product arrives with significant shipping damage.
  • The product contains a verified manufacturing defect.
  • The product delivered materially differs from the product ordered.

All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Personal preference regarding appearance, size, finish, or design.
  • Minor variations resulting from manufacturing processes.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Products that have been used, displayed, altered, repaired, or tampered with.
  • Products returned without prior approval.
  • Clearance, discounted, promotional, or special-sale items unless defective.

4. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Many products offered by the Scale Models Division are manufactured in limited production runs or produced specifically upon customer order.

Accordingly:

  • Custom-made products are not eligible for return.
  • Personalized products are not eligible for return.
  • Made-to-order products are not eligible for return except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

5. Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return request, customers must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide the order number.
  • Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  • Provide a description of the issue.

Return requests submitted after the reporting period may not be accepted.

6. Return Authorization

All returns require prior written approval from XDROID PROTOTYPING TECHNOLOGIES LLP.

Approval of a return request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the Company will determine the appropriate resolution.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.

reasonable return shipping costs may be covered or reimbursed by the Company.

For any other approved return circumstances, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

10. Damage During Return Transit

  • Personalized products are non-refundable.
  • Special-order products are non-refundable except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photographs of the product and packaging.
  • Provide the order number and description of the issue.

Upon verification, we may choose to:
